Voyages of Eternity DX is my first stab at a complete computer Role Playing Game system. Up to this point, I am the only one to have worked on it. VoE DX is in the tradition of the old overhead view 2D RPGs with a side view battle scene, much like the all of the Final Fantasies before FF7. There is a strong emphasis on character development, though with the companion scenario editing program that I have written, a fairly complex storyline could be written as well!
It's nothing wildly special or out of the ordinary for CRPGs, but the genre is very under-represented in my opinion for the last few years. Sure, there are a number of things I could add, but that gives me room for a version 2.0 
A summons for 2D graphic artists!
This game is currently close to completion. However, for the purposes of programming it, I have used graphics from various other games, since I am not the best graphic artist in the world. About half of the graphics in the game are graphics that I have found from other sources.
I have to admit, I do not have a fat bank account and cannot pay any one for their help; what I am asking for is for people who have enjoy computer RPGs to engage with me in a labor of love. This system is rather flexible and could create many differing types of RPGs, depending on the flavor of the artwork that is done. Many different stories could be told through the game system. Right now, I'm looking for monster pictures, faces for characters, items (swords, suits of armor, etc.), to name a few. I would be happy to elaborate for people who would like to know more. If folks would like a playable demo of what I have through the first couple of levels, I can provide that as well (it would provide three to four hours of entertainment).
